Friday, May 19th. 8:10am. The air is crisp with the scent of determination. Our warriors, young as they may be, prepare to fight the ultimate war, and come out victorious. On this day in history, KGV sent a team of twelve middle school students to participate in Battle Of The Books 2023. And now, we congratulate them.
After braving the semi-finals at Harrow International on the 5th of May and coming out victorious, KGV’s team of Year 7s and one Year 8 took on the final challenge at Chinese International last Friday. Winning ninety points with no passover questions, they won second place at the 2023 finals. Congratulations to the team, and we hope to see you competing again next year!
